Fix: Epson L805 Network Setup

Epson L805 is a single-function ink tank printer. As this printer supports wireless connectivity, you can connect your wireless devices to it. You can use either the WPS Push Button configuration or the WPS PIN method to connect your printer to your wireless network. Make sure your router supports WPS before you proceed to perform the network setup. For detailed instructions about the Epson L805 network setup, go through the steps given below.

Using the WPS Push Button method:

  1. Turn on your printer and router.
  2. Place your printer close to your router.
  3. Verify if you have completed the basic printer setup.
  4. Go to your router and locate the WPS button. Press and hold the button until the security light flashes.
  5. Next, go to the printer control panel and press the Wi-Fi button. Hold the button until the Wi-Fi light and the network status light flash alternatively.
  1. Once the connection is established, both Wi-Fi and network status lights will light up simultaneously.
  2. Next, connect your PC to the same wireless network and begin the driver installation.
  3. Agree to the EULA and choose the Wireless network connection option as your connection type.
  4. Carry out the on-screen instructions to configure your Epson L805 printer for the network setup.
  5. Verify the wireless connection by printing a test page.

Using the WPS PIN method:

  1. Ensure that your Epson printer is loaded with enough paper.
  2. Press the Network status button on the control panel to print the network status sheet.
  3. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button. Simultaneously, press the Network status button for more than three seconds until both the lights flash.
  4. On your computer, open the default browser and go to the router setup page.

  1. In the WPS section, enter the PIN code printed on the network status sheet.
  2. This process should be executed within two minutes after the network sheet is printed.
  3. After configuring your Epson L805 for the network setup, print a network status sheet to verify the connection.
