How To Downgrade Epson XP-440 Firmware?

  1. Quick steps to downgrade Epson XP-440 Firmware. Search for the older firmware of the Epson XP 440 printer on the web browser and download it on the computer.
  2. Switch on the printer and connect one end of a USB cable to it.
  3. On the Windows 8/10 computer, press & hold the Shift key and select the Restart option from the Power menu.
  4. This leads to the blue screen on the computer.
  5. Select Troubleshoot from the options.
  6. Next, click on the Advanced options menu.
  7. Then, choose Startup Settings under the Advanced options menu.
  8. Click on the Restart button to proceed and then select the desired option by pressing the corresponding function key (F4 or F5 or F6) below the Startup Settings caption.
